New Sons of Liberty (NSL) is a loosely organized group of independent local assemblages of American Patriots who – as did the original Sons of Liberty during the American Revolutionary period – strive to defend and preserve the values, ideals and the rights of the citizens of America as described in the preamble of the Constitution, in the Bill of Rights, and as delineated in the Declaration of Independence, i.e., Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. 

Where NSL differs from other patriotic or pro-America organizations, is that NSL will not just talk about what is needed to be done to support and defend the Constitution and aforementioned values, ideals, principles and rights of our citizens, as established by our history and by our founding fathers, but its members will act.  Our members will act to identify those individuals and organizations that threaten our nation, particularly those that support and promote Islam, communism and socialism, and we will stop them.  They will not win.

 It is generally accepted that the original Sons of Liberty were, “…a loosely organized, clandestine, sometimes violent political organization active in the thirteen American Colonies, founded to advance the rights of the colonists, and to fight taxation by the British Government."* They secretly swore allegiance to one another and to the homeland their ancestors had adopted, America, and promised to fight for their freedom and desire to become a sovereign nation.  So too - though not necessarily clandestine or violent – does NSL strive to advance the rights of American citizens and swear or affirm allegiance to the nation and one another.  NSL will work diligently to promote patriotism, love of county, and pro-America/America-first laws and policies while at the same time countering those individuals and organizations, both foreign and domestic, who strive to create anarchy and chaos within our country for the purposes of destroying our culture, our history, our heritage our customs and our American way of life.  These groups and individuals are many, but NSL will prioritize our efforts to first push back against those who are attempting to promote and establish Islam, communism and/or socialism in the United States of America.

As stated in the Declaration, “…… all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among men and derive their just powers from the consent of the governed,--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”  The New Sons of Liberty take particular note of the section of the Declaration that states, “….that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.  But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” Our government has, in many cases, created laws and policies that have resulted in the outright denial or usurpation of the American citizen’s unalienable rights.  Thus, the New Sons of Liberty does not consent to many of the current powers being wielded by the government of the United States and objects to many of its laws and policies, especially domestic policies, as they are contrary to the reasons the Constitution was adopted by the people of these United States, i.e., “in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity”.    NSL will work to make the changes that are necessary by adding, deleting, or modifying existing laws, policies, regulations, and the parts of the Constitution and its amendments that need to be changed to secure our security, liberty and happiness; for example, those dealing with: immigration laws and policy, birthright citizenship, and term limits.

Our government has grown too large, and it has become ineffective in carrying out many of its responsibilities.  Our political parties have become divisive within themselves and between each other.  Some, though not all of the underlying problems caused, exacerbated, ineffectively addressed, or just ignored because of this divisiveness and by our elected and appointed representatives at all levels of government, that are leading to the decline and possible fall our nation include (in no particular order):

• Illegal immigration and some legal immigration policies
• Rise of proponents of communism and socialism
• National debt
• Illegal drugs
• Corruption in Government and Business
• Fraud within government programs, at federal, state and local levels
• Election processes and voter fraud
• Media bias and activism
• Judicial overreach activism
• Judicial leniency towards those who commit violent crime
• Access to affordable healthcare
• Quality/content and political bias of the public education system

The New Sons of Liberty consider illegal immigration, certain legal immigration policy and laws, and the growth of Islam in America to be the greatest internal threats to our nation.  The current situation in America regarding these threats – threats mainly caused or exacerbated by the Democrat Party in its quest for power – is negatively affecting so many aspects of life in America and must be quickly dealt with.  These three issues adversely impact every problem listed above and more.  Supporting the enforcement of current acceptable laws on immigration while reforming other laws and policies that are negatively impacting our nation along with removing Islam and all vestiges of Islam from our nation will be prime targets for action by the organization.  Part of those actions will be the pursuit of significant modification to the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 or creation of a new Act.  In addition, other actions must be taken to resolve problems with immigration and the growth of Islam to include, but not limited to:

• A significant reduction in the number of refugees and asylum seekers.  Those that are considered for entry into the U.S. shall receive a thorough vetting.  If their true name, background and character and reason for their claimed status cannot be properly assessed, they will not be allowed to enter the U.S.  Further, those that are successfully vetted and otherwise meet the requirements according to our laws and policies shall only be allowed into the United States temporarily and be sent back to their home country when the cause of their request for asylum or their refugee status no longer exists.  If the causes are not rectified, they shall be granted an immigrant visa and possible citizenship after demonstrating appropriate behavior which will include among other things: abiding by our laws, maintaining employment, paying taxes and demonstrating good character and allegiance to the U.S.  In no case shall the United States take in any refugee or asylum seeker who is Muslim. 
• Continued and increased efforts to first, remove from our nation violent or other illegal immigrants that break our laws and secondly, remove remaining illegal immigrants that have been in the U.S. for less than 5 years, and third, account for and document the remaining illegal immigrants and assess their qualifications based on the aforementioned criteria to determine who might receive permanent residency.
• America is not the world’s policeman, the world’s bank, the world’s protector or the world population’s guaranteed safe haven.  We must control our physical borders and determine who we allow to immigrate to our country.  To do this, stricter rules must be implemented to determine who may be granted an immigrant visa.  Significant modification to the family, employer, and humanitarian routes to naturalization must be made and the Diversity route abolished.
• Removal of Islam and the vestiges of Islam – including Mosques, madrassas, community centers, and Islamic organizations, from the United States of America.  Islam is a political ideology masked as a religion whose over-arching goal is to subjugate or convert all non-Muslims and to reign supreme.  Islam’s extreme incompatibility with American values, principles, customs and traditions make it one of the most dangerous existential threats to our nation and our way of life.  Errant government policies from both Democrat and Republican administrations have allowed Muslims to immigrate to the U.S. creating this threat.  Americans and other nations, particularly in the west, are finally starting to realize the danger, although in nations like France, England and others, and short of civil war, it may be too late to save their history, culture, government, values and way of life from the evil of Islam.  The destruction of the U.S. by Islamists is not too far off for the U.S. unless we act now. 
• NSL expects that immigrants desiring naturalization in America will have the ability to read, write, and speak basic English, have a knowledge of U.S. history and government (the ability to read, write and speak basic English and knowledge of U.S. history will be tested before swearing allegiance), be of proven good moral character (must demonstrate good moral character, generally during the five years before applying) and have lived continuously in the U.S. for the required period with physical presence in the U.S. for at least 75% of that time (the current amount of time spent outside the U.S. during the required residence time will be altered).  Immigrants seeking naturalization must be willing to swear allegiance to the United States and the Constitution, renouncing prior allegiances and comply with additional criteria as listed in our immigration laws.  Bottom line:  immigrants must assimilate into American culture, not the other way around!

Like all other great nations and empires throughout history, the United States of America has reached a zenith and now finds itself in an unnecessary decline – though not yet beyond recovery.  The New Sons of Liberty believe that our nation has not yet achieved its greatest glory – it can still be saved from ruin and can remain the beacon of freedom and prosperity for the world for centuries to come.   The administration of President Donald J. Trump has affected a brief slowdown in the decline, but this one presidency is not enough to resolve all the underlying reasons for it.  The causes are many, but we can certainly attribute it in large measure to, among other things, the success of the liberal/radical left’s rising influence on the Democrat party, the growth in the numbers of individuals espousing socialism and/or communism, foreign-born elected and appointed officials, anarchist, insurrectionist, and traitorous groups – for example: Antifa, Black Lives Matter, CAIR, the Muslim Brotherhood, Democrat Socialists of America, Communist Party USA, and the likes of George Soros, Zohran Mamdami, Bernie Sanders, the “Squad”, and many, many more. These individuals and groups and their anti-American rhetoric, policies, and actions, are directly responsible for the problems America is facing, including: increasing levels of crime, increases in the cost of living, the decrease in personal safety and security, increases in healthcare costs, decline in housing availability and increasing housing costs, the increase in the number and costs of social programs, increases in the tremendous fraud being perpetrated against the American people via poorly run government programs and graft and corruption – to the tune of trillions of dollars, the cheating and fraud rampant in our elections, drug problems, the liberal/radical left’s takeover of our educational system, corruption and “deep states” within our own government institutions, the intentional attempt to destroy the nuclear family, the degradation of our national identity and bias towards the left by our media, the errant promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion at the expense of meritocracy, fairness, and unity, our judges dictating law vice interpreting law while siding with criminals and non-citizens rather than the law abiding citizen, and the tolerance of the justice system and government in general at all levels, towards those groups and organizations that want to do our nation harm.  Among other things, these groups and individuals are responsible for:

• Funding, organizing, controlling and or otherwise supporting seditious, traitorous, anarchist and subversive groups. 
• The huge amount of fraud being perpetrated on the American taxpayer.
• Falsely targeting government officials with lawsuits and criminal or civil charges to disrupt the administration’s progress in governance on behalf of the nation by using lawfare, judicial overreach and activism, the "deep state"’, and weaponizing the media, government agencies and other entities in order to destroy our government. 
• Billions upon billions of dollars wasted by the rampant destruction of infrastructure and property as a result of violent protests and demonstrations.
• Loss of innocent life as a result of these same violent protests and demonstrations.
• Intentionally fomenting hate and discord among citizens to create chaos, anarchy and distrust of government institutions and each other.
• Ascribing to, promoting, and attempting to implement socialist and communist doctrine, policy, laws and regulations.
• Establishing “sanctuary” towns and cities while encouraging and supporting illegal immigration.

For too long, the silent majority of loyal, patriotic American citizens have been bullied, taken advantage of, lied to, tricked, cheated, and undermined, by a host of fellow Americans and non-citizens who have plotted to destroy America as we know it in order to gain power and wealth.  This cannot stand; it is past time to act. These treacherous and traitorous individuals and organizations have also underestimated the determination, grit, fortitude, deep love of country, and spirit of the true American citizen – citizens willing to act, to sacrifice their lives, safety, and fortunes in defense of our nation – as did our ancestors who established it.  Americans can no longer stay silent, can no longer shirk their duty to protect and defend the Constitution and the values, ideals, history and culture of our nation; and they can no longer allow the subversive, traitorous, anti-American enemies of our county to continue their mission to destroy it.  For the sake of our nation, sufficient numbers of Americans must band together in every state and town in America under the banner of the New Sons of Liberty and push back to stop them before it is too late.  It is imperative for the survival of our country that we love so dearly that the Sons of Liberty rise again to defeat the enemies of our nation and save it from decline and destruction.
